As a company we were formed on the basis of one fundamental value, Service. Our high standards of client care backed by award winning office technology and dedicated support staff ensures you will receive an ongoing personal service that will allow you to adapt to meet your ever changing financial circumstances and take advantage of opportunities as they arise. Our commitment to meeting your financial goals is a long term one; we tailor our services and solutions according to your needs and aim to ensure the arrangements we put in place are flexible and can adapt to your changing circumstances, goals and priorities. We are driven by what is important and relevant to you.
We attribute our success to the Three pillars around which all aspects of our business have been based. By remaining focused on these three pillars, we strive to deliver the highest level of service to all our clients.
Our advisers have no economic interest in recommending one institution over another, concentrating on suitability of advice. Decisions will only be based on the best interests of our clients and we are not tied to any platform or product provider.
The service we deliver to our clients is at the heart of everything we do. Thanks to our business model being built around our clients, we understand the need to deliver the highest level of customer service.
With the bespoke nature of many of our products and our investment in cutting edge technology our focus on traditional client servicing values is enhanced by the use of modern day techniques. This client-centric approach ensures that the products and services we recommend are tailored to meet every client’s personal requirements – be it for investment advice, trust and wealth planning or finding solutions to complex issues.
Whilst the service we offer is based around traditional values; we employ the latest thinking in helping you achieve your long term goals.
Our Investment Approach
How you deploy investment capital across asset classes is one of the most important determinants of investment results over time. Strategic and tactical asset allocation is a central element of our investment advice and guidance.
We believe that diversification across global asset classes, investment styles, sectors and industry groups is fundamental to long term wealth creation and portfolio risk management.
On occasion we may guide you in making some tactical changes to your portfolio. Tactical asset allocation is designed to capitalize on short term market deviations by overweighting or underweighting certain asset classes relative to associated benchmarks.
Our Relationship With You Is Highly Personalized and Proactive
We are not a mass market retail type wealth management operation; we maintain a high ratio of professional staff to clients. We meet regularly with each client to review investment performance, portfolio rebalancing and current strategy to plan for their future needs. We tailor day to day private banking services including credit facilities, secure web based bill payment services and individual client preferences.
Our Founder and Executive Officers
The diversity of our Founders reflects the diverse backgrounds of a world class clientele. Our ages and experiences help us deliver what we call "modern investment banking and advisory services": actively addressing the fluid needs of a select circle of male and female CEOs and entrepreneurs as well as traditional and nontraditional families (many of whom are first generation American).
Baytree Capital offers active and passive management with no proprietary products. To serve those who demand uncompromised service and financial acumen we offer a tailored experience providing unwavering attention and access to a full complement of services from global institutions. Clients deserve to know they are making optimal decisions for those they love.
We know how to help ultra high net worth clients whether we recommend where to purchase an aircraft or help them buy a home in abroad. Being "all in", we value our close relationships with clients and share their joy in enhancing their lives.
Mr. Michael Gardner, Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Michael Gardner has guided Baytree Capital Associates, LLC, since 1990. He has established the firm as a leader of private investment in micro- to mid-cap companies. Today Mr. Gardner handles financing for small- to mid-cap public firms in the United States and abroad, undertakes private equity transactions for promising ventures, provides asset management for high-net-worth individuals and families, and serves in an advisory capacity for various institutional clients.
